For maintenance, we recommend a complete annual cleaning of your carpet.
For the latter, 3 options are available to you:
First, you can entrust this task to a carpet professional.
Second, you can clean it yourself using a brush and soapy water. Scrub the entire surface of the carpet and then dry it. With the polypropylene material, no need to worry about possible deformation of the carpet during drying!
Your final option is to dry wash your carpet using a cleaning powder or foam!
Let's go for the spring cleaning!
PS: When it comes to long wick rugs like this, we recommend going with the first or last option, namely; maintenance by a professional or dry cleaning using a cleaning powder or foam.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
